I recently purchase a phone for my Mother and for some reason all the pictures and the display screen are blue/black color. I do not know how she got it this way and it is not changing in the setting-display area of the phone. Anyone have this problem?

Oh wow! I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your mothers phone. How long ago did you get the phone? What device did you get your mom? Was the phone dropped or have any physical damage on the phone? I look forward to your response.
