This morning when I sent a video message, the dimensions were distorted when it sent. I have not had this problem before. And I haven't changed any of my video settings. I can't seem to figure out whats wrong with it. It will only send pictures now when video was taken in VGA format. But I haven't been using this format before with my other videos. Any suggestions?
vhwscreen, that is very strange that the dimensions of the video are coming out distorted. I am here to assist. How is the video working when you access it from your phone? Have you tried sending a video to see if the issue is continuing to happen? What messaging app are you using?
