Because the 4.3 update did so much damage I am wondering if we can upgrade to a newer phone. I still have a bad power drain and wifi does not work very well anymore. I guess I can try a full reset but from what I have heard that does not help
I guarantee they won't, unfortunately. That update made those phones virtually unusable it seems so it would be fair for them to do that. If you ask a rep about the problems they will deny it and if they agree you are lucky. Unfortunately I can 99% guarantee they won't. Give them a call and see but it's unlikely.
