For some reason, I show 2 email messages in my trash folder. When I open the folder, no messages are shown. How can I delete these 2 phantom messages?
I had the same thing happen to me, RetiredTrooper!
I'm not sure as to why these messages are so difficult to delete, but first I powered the device off/on which didn't help.
After I did a soft reset http://bit.ly/V4xsQL, the messages were removed from the trash folder.
Please let me know if that works for you as well.

Tamara H. - Thanks for the reply. I tried the soft reset along with removing the battery, but no luck.
