The Exchange Services on our Galaxy Nexus is using an exorbitant amount of data and drains the battery! We are not doing anything unusual with the phone, like downloading movies. Not even sending pictures. We called your technical support, but are no help, as usual. Other than to say we need to upgrade our data usage.
I've done a casual Google search on the issue, and we are not the only ones with this issue.
We need a resolution to this issue, and we need to be credited for the amount you are attempting to steal from us.
I'm just another customer with a Nexus and I don't have a battery drain due to the Exchange Services.
