Fascinate - Integrated Facebook Login Failure

I purchased my Fascinate today, and I am having issues integrating my FB account. I am going to settings, accounts and sync, add account, and I select FB under the integrated contact accounts section. I fill in my login credentials and password, but then receive LOGIN FAILED. PLEASE TRY LATER error message. I have been trying to get my account setup and integrated with my contacts since 2:00 p.m. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to resolve? Thanks.

Same problem here. This is sooo frustrating...made the leap of faith and switched from BB, but alread regretting it. Several sync issues with FB, email, etc.

Try deleting application for Facebook once deleted go to Market Place and download application to see if will load and able to log in. Hope Helps Leslie.

I'm having the same problem. When I first got my phone, I ignored the initial option to register my Facebook account. It seems to me it must be a problem with that preloaded app/module of the phone, is there any way to reinstall this short of hard resetting the entire device?

I found that by using the browser and going to facebook and logging in that way, has helped the app login. Use the browser, then once that is open and running, go to the accounts and try it again.

Is the Youtube app tied to your gmail account? Maybe something is wrong with that? I have mine tied to it, so when I have had an issue, I always login to my gmail account to make sure it is fine. Either that, or remove the youtube app, and reload it.
How many gmail accounts do you have being sync'ed?
