Anyone else stuck on Firmware 2.2.2? (Build SCH-I500.ED05)

My Fascinate will not update to Gingerbread.  "Check New" does nothing.

Hi DannyNJ,

I appreciate that you have tried the "Check new" to verify the options for new software. The latest software is the 2.3 Build SCH-I500.EH03. If it's not appearing as an update option please first call *#*#2432546#*#* and in the notifications bar verify that check-in succeeded appears. Once it does dial *228 (press send) and select option 1. Wait for the programming music to finish and the programming to be successful. Allow the device 24 hours to update and then go to "Check New" again.

If the update will still not appear after this process, please follow the steps on http://bit.ly/tC9oiG to complete a hard reset of the device. Make sure to backup your contacts or any other important information before resetting the device. Let us know if we can help with anything else.
