Has anyone heard of this before? I was told today by a rep from Samsung that the Fascinate does NOT Support flash.So streaming websites like Hulu and Fancast will not play because they both need flash.... Even when I look at installed apps it shows 10.3 installed

The Fascinate (with the Froyo 2.2 update) definately supports Flash. However, Hulu does not support every android phone with Froyo. See the following article for phones that can access Hulu Plus:

The Samsung rep had the ein number for my phone so he knew which one he was talking about, sad but true atleast by what the Samsung rep told me.
The original 2.1 did not support Flash, that is why so many of us wanted the update to 2.2
