Thanks, I was trying to say is there a way to get in without having to do a factory reset.

Updates are meant to enhance your experience, and there are too many PIN numbers in life. Help is here. Any PIN on your device, is code you have established. What is currently displayed on your device? Additionally, so that we are on the same page, please elaborate on what type of PIN your device is requesting.
