I have 2 seperate issues. 1) My forward facing camera, or selfie camera, has blueish purple dots all over it. I can see them on the screen and they show up on the picture. 2) My phone says I have new text messages and I don't. The notification is bothering me! 🙂

The blue/purple dots on the camera is a known issue, i.e.,
I want you to enjoy your phone to the max Sara. Let’s get some more information and explore options to resolve. When did these issues start? Did they start at the same time? Is there any physical/water damage to the phone? Have you visited a Verizon Wireless store for a hands out evaluation? What text messaging application do you use?
