Galaxy Nexus Losing All Network Connectivity Overnight

I've had my Nexus for about 2 months now. Great phone but...
I set it to charge overnight, bed-side. I get great 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi in my house - everywhere. But overnight, while plugged in and charging and left alone, it will lose all network connectivity. When I wake up and unplug it, I can't get any voice or data signal. I've tried placing calls - I've tried opening a browser window. I get no connections.
Either the signal will come back on its own or I've had to resort to a reboot. The reboot usually works.
Note: I have "Keep WiFi on during sleep" set to "Always".
Preferred network mode is set to "LTE/CDMA"
This is frustrating as I've missed emergency work calls, txts, and emails overnight.
Any ideas?

My Nexus had network connectivity problems during the day and night. I would spend up to 25% of the day with no network connectivity according to my phone's Cell Standby stats. I received a "Like New Replacement" which I think sucked considering I paid $650 + tax for this phone in January, but the replacement is like night and day. I haven't lost any network connectivity in the last 22 hours and the phone is really really fast. Very happy so far. Also, I can send and receive pic texts now.
