Galaxy Nexus Verizon.net email issues

For the last week, when I attempt access incoming or send an outgoing email from my Galaxy Nexus, a yellow drop down stating "Connection Problem" appears. Also, many emails sent from my phone reside in the Outbox and not in the sent folder. Can someone provide me with the most current Incoming Settings (POP3 and Port#) and Outgoing Settings (SMTP and Port#). My account is a Verizon.net email account.
