Galaxy SIII Battery Problems?

So ever since the last update, it just seems like my battery life hasn't really been the same. And judging from some threads on here, it seems like others have the same issue too. Ever since that update, my phone battery will take FOREVER to charge. If I have my phone on, sometimes it won't even charge when I have it plugged up, the battery will actually decrease! If I turn my phone off, it will take over 10-12 hours just to get to like 80-90%. I did all the troubleshooting and even did a hard reset, and still the same battery issues persisted.
In March when this first happened to me, right after the update, I got my battery exchanged instore. I thought that did the trick for a few weeks, then in April it started discharging abnormally again. I went instore and they set me up for an product exchange. Verizon sent me another SIII and I sent my original phone back. Again, for a few weeks it seemed to be fine, and then last week for some reason it has gone back to discharging abnormally yet again. I don't know what else to do other than maybe try to exchange my battery one more time, since I have already exchanged the actual phone itself not even a month ago. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Oh wow DanGubes, I'm sad to hear that you're having these problems with your Galaxy SIII. It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting for this issue. That's strange that it would discharge while plugged into the charger. Have you checked to see what applications are running in the background? Go to Settings, Apps, and click the Running tab. Also, after the hard reset, did you install the same applications right away? I want to make sure there aren't any applications that may be constantly running. Try some of these battery saving tips http://bit.ly/WFT5GG as well.

I have uninstalled a few apps a few days ago. However, it's still not charging that well at all. I have my phone turned off since about noon, and had it charging from 23%, I just turned it on and it's only at 72%. It's been about 9 hours. Also, when I turned on my phone it started playing music for some reason. Not the typical music played during the loading screen. This music started playing while I was on the home screen. Not really too sure what is going on with it. Is it possible I have a virus on my phone somehow? And since I have already replaced the battery and phone itself, is there anything else I can do?
