Galaxy SIII not updating to jelly bean - frustrated!!

So I broke my first S3 and got a replacement from assurian - Verizon's insurance company.  Phone will not update to Jelly Bean.  I call Verizon ... they said to call Google.  Google said to call Samsung.  Samsung said to call Verizon.  Totally unacceptable.  I have called and emailed Verizon with no help.  Does anybody have a suggestion?

Asurion replacement devices include a 12-month warranty. If your Asurion replacement device is defective please contact Asurion at (866) 653-4077 and they will be able to troubleshoot or replace your device for you.
