It's important to be able to clearly hear your notifications, calbert116. Are you able to hear your ringtone when your phone rings? Do other notifications such as text messages and other apps come in louder? Is the notification that you're using for Facebook Messenger also being used with any other app? If so, is the tone a different volume for Facebook Messenger and the other app?
