Hello fellow readers, i purchased this galaxy s 3 about 6 month ago. and since 3 month ago i was really grumpy on all the scratches and little dents, but few days ago, i noticed that when ever i pressed my screen hard, the screen froze, i had to lock my phone and unlock it to make it work, what kind of problem is this? do i contact verizon for a new replacement? also singal receiption was really bad for me too..
You shouldn't have to press hard on the screen. It is a capacitive touch screen and not a resistive touch screen.
