Ever since Verizon pushed their new firmware on to my phone, it refuses to sync email automatically. It works fine if I perform a manual sync, but will not do this one its own.
I have changed the sync options to everything and anything possible to get it to function, but it will not. This worked absolutely perfectly prior to the update.
There are many other issues I am having, but this one out of them all is killing it for me. Figured I would post it on these forums as I know techs read through when they get bored. Calling customer service is a complete waste of my time.
I don't expect any replies, nor do I plan on checking them. I just wanted to point out this issue in case Verizon cares and if any other customers are having the same issue, they know their not alone.
