Galaxy update this morning and now I cannot connect to any wireless besides Verizon's

How do I get rid of this update?  Can I get rid of it?

Is this how Verizon is going to make their money?  Give us a horrible update that forces our phones to use their network constantly, thereby using up all of our data and going into overage?

My phone updated this morning.  No option not to or warning.  Just updated while I was working.  I couldn't connect to the wireless at work, but I thought it was a building issue.  Come home for lunch and it won't connect to my home wireless.  Keeps telling me that my password is incorrect.  I can't even connect to open wi-fi networks.  I am seriously frustrated because of this.  I almost didn't upgrade my phone because I wanted to keep my unlimited data, but I did and now Verizon has figured out a fun new way to screw me.

No, you can't revert the operating system back to ICS.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I totally understand the importance of a reliable phone, bakkic! We need to get this resolved for you ASAP! The update is designed to improve your experience and so I'm really sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered. Unfortunately, there's no option to return to the previous software update. I apologize!

Often times after an update, a master reset is required to resolve minor issues like the ones you described. I know this can be a painful step to take, but it's so effective!
