Is anyone else having issues accessing the photo gallery? Once I open the gallery and choose an album or pic to automatically closes.

I've not had this problem with my device, but let's see what is going on.
Do you get a force close error message or does it just close on its own?
When you power off/on (soft reset) and try to access the gallery again, does it still close?

I am having similar issue with my picture gallery on Samsung Galaxy S4. It locks up then after about a minute or two I get a prompt saying gallery is not responding and asks if I want to wait or close. Gallery first started having problems on 7-7-13. After doing a lot of research on the internet seems a lot of people having same issue which seems to have started about mid june. Just did a software update to phone today 7-11-13 and rebooted. Update did not fix issue.
