Running it since yesterday. Hardly a long or complete assessment yet, but seems smooth. No glaring bugs noticed yet. It'll be nice to get a de-binged, de-bloated version.

At this point who really cares whether we get it or not! Verizon is soooo slow to give us updates that as soon as my contract is up I am gone! They keep blaming Samsung but it's not them. All the other Galaxy devices get their updates! Goodbye Verizon!

Then why do we see Motorola/HTC updates on a regular basis? I think it is both of them, I do not put anything past Samsung, their track record has shown it.

Same here. When my contract is up I'm moving to Sprint and an iPhone. I just want something that works the way it's supposed to.

Really? My Aunt has a Samsung VIbrant on T-Mobile, and she's still on 2.1 and hasn't received their OTA yet.

Wardcst24,
Out of curiousity, how are you determining that the GPS locks 'instantly' ?
Running EH03 as well. So far, works great.
thanks.

I have a couple of programs and I am comparing it to how it acts on ed05
Copilot is my navigation program I use.
On ed05 I would have to check gps stand alone ,Google services, and vzw services and still wait for it to determine my position.
With eh03 I only turn on stand alone and it locks and shows my position Instantly.
It will even lock inside the house it does take a little while in the house though.
But in the car Instant Lock and it goes to my position.
The other program GPS Test you can see it locking on the Satellites

Is this an official Verizon date for Gingerbread on Fascinate? Will this be available on a PC download or through an update on the phone itself?
