Is anyone else having issues with their Google play store? Mine will not let me update or download apps anymore. As a result my Google maps don't work and I get an error on many sites I have an old version of Google or chrome. I already spent over 3 hours on the phone with google and they blame the new Samsung phones. (I went through all 9 of their trouble shooting steps and their only potential fix at this point is to perform a factory reset) Just wondering if it might be an issue with this sparticular phone or if others have the same issues. I was able to get it to work for a day after I reset my settings, but it isn't working again and is really annoying! Any tips?
