Google prompted up for password. We entered wrong one. Stated we changed it 6 months ago. All wrong. Google locked us out of the phone. Google said 3 to 5 business days to get unlock code. This is wrong in so many ways. Verizon tech could not help. No number to call Google either. Nobody should be permited to lock me out of my phone! Why can google do this?

What is the exact make and model of your mobile phone? When you mentioned that you changed your password 6 months ago, are you referring to Gmail? Please share some more details with us.
