I want to buy ringtones and it says it's blocked. How do I unblock it?

Are you the account owner on your line?  If so I would check your features or blocks in your MyVerizon account.

What phone do you have? Where are you seeing this code 265? Have you checked to make sure you do not have the ring tone download blocked on your account? Have you been able to purchase ring tones before?
