How to save a picture sent by text

Does anyone know who do I save a picture sent to me via by Text message.  It only asked me for I want to save it as a wall or contact. I want to save it to my gallery, how do I do this?

Just long press on the pic. An option menu should pop-up. Select save/copy attachment. The pic will be in the download folder of the gallery.

Yes I would like to know the same thing. I am new to the Droid world and come from the apple cult (lol). I have tried the holding down and nothing comes up. If I hit the menu button it only asks to save as wallpaper

oops just figured it out....You dont open the pic in the text just press and hold in the text message and download and it goes to gallery!!!!!! YIPEEEEE
