I had the same problem.  I fixed it by deleting the email account then adding it back.

jrh4054 speaks the truth, that generally will fix an email account that has worked before but now won't. Is that the case with yours, or has your email ever worked before?

1cowboy, we don't want you to miss any e-mails! Are you able to access that e-mail account on a laptop or tablet? What happens when you attempt to access that e-mail account on your wireless device?
