I lost my Phone Icon

How am I supposed to get to my phone?  The only icon on my Home page or any of my pages is the Applications icon!  What the hell happened.  It froze so I took ou the battery and then powered back up!  Help!  I have no phone!

Ok!  Wait, now I have a phone icon in the applications?  I have to drag an icon to my home screen?  It's not on the bottom for every home screen now?  I'm so bloody confused!

Go to the Applications screens, find the phone icon. Hit the menu button (Bottom left buttom), click EDIT, now click and hold on the phone icon, and then you can drag it down to the dock.

 My phone will arrange the icons by itself once in a while also, it seems just after application updates. They just seem to "wander to another screen", although I have never had an icon from the dock move off it.

 At least if it happens again, you will know what to do.
