IS verizon using cdma or gsm?

Technically both. The 1xRTT voice network and 3G EDVO network are CDMA type. The LTE network which has VoLTE advance calling and is a GSM network.

Thanks for your assistance, Ann154. It's true that technically we have both GSM and CDMA, but at the end of the year, we will be removing the remainder of CDMA (1X) equipment and move towards nationwide 5G. Please click this link for more information: http://spr.ly/6608Evcvs;
