My phone worked great until the Jelly Bean 4.1.1 update. Now my Bluetooth audio sounds like two robots talking. So much for quality control. There should be some compensation for breaking my phone. It worked fine before the update. Now its crap.

My wife's Samsung Galaxy S III is having the same issue since the update (Jelly Bean 4.1.1). She can no longer use the phone bluetooth option in her car because it sounds like you said, "two robots talking." I did a factory reset today based on the recommendation of VZW customer service and it did not fix the problem. I hope VZW comes out with a fix quickly. This is a big inconvenience to us, especially because we just bought the phone for over $600 just 3 weeks ago.

Interesting... Since the Jelly Bean update on my Razr Maxx, I lost music (etc) application and Google navigation or text to speech volume on my Bluetooth by like 80%. Not garbled or anything though, sounds ok, just barely audible. Yet, call volume is unaffected. Calls sound and work fine.
I called VZW and then MOTO, and MOTO says Jelly Bean is not playing well with the AD2P on my Jawbone BT. I think that's not quite right or true. But, will wait to see what the next Jelly OS release does that's planned in the 1st Quarter.
