Missing Calls

so apparently people have been calling me and my phone has not been receiving the calls, no voicemail, no indication a call even took place.

 

without reading the entire forum, is this a known issue? and is there a fix?

A fix is supposedly coming and in the mean time you can swap out your phone for another model if you choose, but I want my fascinate to get fixed...

A fix is supposedly coming and in the mean time you can swap out your phone for another model if you choose, but I want my fascinate to get fixed...

  I want it to get fixed also. I gave the CSR that I talked to until August 1st for the fix to be issued, and if it is not, at that point I will decide what I will do. They documented it in my file, and he said that it was more than fair on my part.
