Your service has been horrific. Ever since my samsung galaxy S6 did a system update 2 months ago, I have noticed numerous contacts in my phone that have swapped numbers with each other, and I have since been calling and texting the wrong people and I can't explain how frustrating this has been and how much of an inconvenience this has been to my life. You have failed to fix my problems and I am just plain sick of it...I am strongly considering changing my phone and even changing services all together because of this inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied, Verizon!
We always want you loving your phone and services with us u0506013. Seeing you cancel is the last thing we want to have happen. Let's find out what happened with your contacts. What backup service are you using for your contacts? Do they appear correct when you view the contacts online?
