My phone went dead, had 50% batter, I have plugged it in to charge it but I did not turn it off and it is not responsive at all, I cannot get it to turn on or anything. What do I do
I don't know what I would do without my phone, NvT. Have you tried an alternate restart by holding the power button and volume down button together? Were you doing anything on the phone when it powered off?
