My phone is roaming where I know there is service. I have asked others with verizon service if theirs is roaming where I am and they said no. Anybody know what's going on?
Hey there aheffelf. I am glad to hear that you have the Samsung Galaxy S3. It is a great device and I am confident that we can get it out of roaming mode.
It is odd, espcially since you asked fellow Verizon users in your area and they haven't reporeted the same issues. What is your zip code, so I can review the area? Do me a favor, power the phone off and remove the 4G LTE sim card. Give it about 30 seconds and reinsert the 4G LTE sim card and power the device back on. Once the phone comes on let me know if the roaming indicator still appears.
Also try the steps I have listed below:
1.Go to settings
2.Click on more settings
3.Click on mobile networks
4.Click on network mode
5.Select LTE/CDMA
