My "Menu" and "Back" buttons stopped working on my phone. They don't light up or vibrate anymore. It's like they're not there at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I cannot find ANYTHING on the internet about this. I just got the phone about 3-4 weeks ago. I will probably have to take it back to the store I bought it from and hope the warranty covers this. It's never been dropped or has received any water damage. I'm stuck!
Buttons on phones don't vibrate. The whole phone vibrates. Actually it's the battery that vibrates. Do the buttons work when you touch them? My menu and back buttons aren't lit in bright sunlight, but I can still see them
Like Superman, here I am to save the day NenaSkyye. I know how important it is for your device to be responsive. MAy I ask what was the last action you done on the device before the buttons stopped working? Also, are you within 14 days of purchase? IF so then you can have the S4 swapped out at no cost to you. If it has been beyond 14 days and the buttons aren't working then please advise so that we can customize a solution for you.
