Need to get a return box for my Note 7 -Switching to my old phone, thanks!

Hey Verizon,

I need to get a return box for my Note 7.   I am not upgrading and will be using a older phone that I already own.   Also, I bought my note 7 at full retail from your corporate store - when should I expect the refund to show up?
