New Phone

Hi All,

I need feedback/advice.

I have been pretty dedicated to android (currently using a bionic): swapable batteries, expandable memory, and free/low cost apps.  I am eligible for an upgrade.  Here is where the rub is:

Through my employer Android phones/plans are re-imbursed at a rate of $30.00/month while I-phones(4 or newer)/plans are reimbursed at $70.00/month.

That is a big difference.  I have not researched iphones as I was in with androids.  I am wondering what thoughts people have:

1)  Wait until Galaxy S4  comes down in price and suck up the $40 less a month difference

2)  Go with a Iphone 4S now

3)  Wait until the rumored Sept release of the new Iphone 5S or 6,l then get a reduced price Iphone 5
