I wonder if the corporate trainers understand that how annoying these canned reponses are: Customer complains about X and the response beings "We understand how important not X is"

We want actionable solutions, not fake empathy and a request for private messages which often don't work!

 Gert, you should check outages at Verizon.  There were numerous threads on this Forum during this time reporting service outage in GA/AL.
