I have a samsung galaxy nexus since it released. I have always had 4g service at my home for years. Never had a problem until about a month ago. Now i can barely get one bar of 3g signal. I have unlimited data plan, I have reset my phone, also *228 (*223) I forget the exact number, also airplane mode on and off, but its not helping. I stuck with verizon for years because of the great coverage in my area. Now its gone. any help would be great. My brothers also all have verizon, 2 iphones and 2 galaxy nexus all having signal issues.

*228 won't work on 4G phone but you can carefully remove the Sim card for 10 minutes which should update your roaming list like *228 on 3 phones. Or get a free Sim at vzw store

That didn't work. As I mentioned before its not just my phone but everyone in my household that uses verizon has also lost 4G and is now on a low 3G status

I'll give that number a try. I'm seeing the same thing a few towns north of Boston. Had 4 bars of LTE for 3 years. Now... its down to 1 bar (sometimes none!) of 3G or LTE.
