I have been having problems for months with infrequently not receiving texts from friends. Yesterday I didn't receive 2 texts from my boss on my Galaxy! This morning I had someone text me and I didn't receive it from her and I was sitting right by her. Every one of these people have me in as a 10 digit number, some of them are Verizon customers, some not. I'm beyond frustrated. Please help!

I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your device text messaging. I want to make sure we get this issue resolved for you, to make sure you can utilize your text messaging. A few good troubleshooting steps. Power your device off and remove the battery. While the battery is removed, also remove the SIM card and wait 1 minute and re-instert the SIM card and power the device on.
