My Galaxy S6 edge won't charge up. The red light flashes and I get a message on the phone that says "Charging Paused, Battery temperture too low". now what?
Bob-Helen, we want your phone to be able to charge for you. Samsung has a few suggestions to help correct this issue. Have you ensured that the phone’s charging port is free of lint or debris? Has your phone made contact with liquid or high moisture?
