I tried to use my Galaxy s3 outside the US using a local service provider's SIM card. I am having 2 strange problems: 1) I can make calls, send SMS, and receive SMS, BUT cannot receive calls. 2) I cannot use my S3 for data. Has anyone had these problems? THANKS
