I forgot my password to get on my phone! WHAT DO I DO?

the unlock code or your google password? If you enter the unlock code incorrectly a certain amount of times, it should ask you for your google account info.  It's buggy though and may or may not work even if you enter your google login correctly.  Only option after that is a factory reset.

IT IS MY UNLOCK WHICH IS MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT IT IM ENTERING IT CORRECTLY BUT STILL WONT LET ME IN I HAVE TRIED  IT SO MANY TIMES!! HOW DO YOU GET FACTORY RESET?

Power Off the phone or pull the battery. Hold down both up and down volume buttons press and hold the power button. It should take about 15 seconds and the recovery screen will appear. Use the volume rocker to select the factory reset and touch the home soft key to select. It will then ask you to press the up volume button for yes it the down volume button for no, you want yes. The phone will reset to factory.

You Must hold all three buttons (up/down volume and the power) the whole time until you get the recovery screen.

You can let go as soon as the samsung logo appears.  And note that this will restore it to an out of the box state and you'll have to sign in with your google account and redownload apps as if you had just purchased it.  It won't wipe your sd card though.

You might not have to reset it. If you could provide some more details.. If a reset is no big deal that is one way to do it, but make sure you know your gmail info
