Anyone out there know how/where to enter the passcode the car gives me after it's found the phone in order to pair and enable the device with the Bluetooth connection? Thanks!

Your car device depending on manufacturer and model has the option to removed the current pairing. Please read the manual otherwise you have to search for Bluetooth mode and look for the old pairing entry.

Do you know how to clear the code if you entered the wrong one?

I have Samsung Bright Side that does not automatically connects to car device and 'Discovery Mode' needs to be activated on continuing basis. Customer services provided me a new phone of the same model and manufacturer but it turn-out to have faulty receiver. Verizon wireless refused to replaced the new phone and instead sent me a refurbished one. What a service, profitable corporate strategy.
