I just purchased my S4 recently. I inserted my sim card and everything works fine such as texts, internet, and etc.
However I cannot make any phone calls. It seems to connect to the other person, but they cannot hear nor can i hear them.
It worked when I tried using it via bluetooth on my car.
I've done factory reset already, but it's not working.
Anybody has an idea what could be the problem?
