My Galaxy s3 had a problem and i went to verison and they sent me a new one in a special box provided by them. I threw the box away and now i recieved a messege seying i will be charged 500 $ or more for the device if i dont send it back in the box that the new phone came in. Can i just send the phone in a normal box or they have to send me another box ?
If so, can you order another box online ?
You should probably call customer service and explain to them the situation.
