Basically I am not happy. I used to have a Bionic, switched to the S3 because the Bionic lost all data connections (even with factory resets, out of mfw 90 day referb). Bought the s3 from BestBuy, got the GSP in February '13. But ever since then I have had nothing but poor signal and disconnections in calls, texting, and web browsing. I have had 3 s3's now (1 new, 1 geeksquad replaced, 1 verizon replaced), 8 new sim cards, 2 network tickets (1 nothing wrong with network even had team come out and test locally, and 1 is currently active).
I am very tired of this, because vzw says that Motorola is best, but how can i trust moto when i lost all data (internet and mms). I refuse to join the iphone cult, and I love the samsungs.
Yes my phone is on the latest update, and no it is not rooted (every time I enter the corporate store here I get interrogated by all the managers about rooting my phone.)
EDIT: the support agent that I also provided network logs that I retrieved myself, also told me that my call loss percent is 4%
