Why are the videos when sending over messaging apps compressed so much that they cannot be viewed by the person receiving them? This happens to IOS and android users while sending from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I'm not entirely sure why I haven't seen more topics related to this as it totally defeats the purpose of having a high end phone.
I had initially called Verizon back in May after receiving the phone and was told to try switching messaging apps. This did not work and the videos have the same poor quality or cannot even be viewed.
I did some research and found this thread on the Samsung website and would like to know if Verizon will fix this issue like other carriers have.
