Hi! My name is Marcelo, and I'm from Argentina. In June I bought an unlocked Verizon Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in a Best Buy in Boston. Once in my country, I put my cell phone company SIM card on it and I started to use it. It works pretty fine, but it has some issues:
- I can't set the voice mailbox number. There is a *86, and I can’t override it
- I can’t call to the voice mailbox number (*555). When I try, I get a message "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"
- I can't delete a warning message "SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless"
- there is another annoying message "Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your phone to undo any unauthorized changes". In this case, I tried restarting the cell phone, and deleting the message, but it appears again and again.
First of all, I tried with Samsung Technical Support, but they answered that I have to contact Verizon Technical Support because, in their own words, “the device might not have been unlocked properly”. Could you help me with these problems? Thanks in advice!

The only problem I know how to resolve is the unauthorized actions:
download Package Disabler and disable SecurityLogAgent.
