After reading here about the problems we are all having I marched to the Verizon office when they confirmed that the problems are due to the upgrade pushed in by Samsung. I was told that there are lot of us in the same boat and there is NOTHING to do except to wait until Samsung comes up with a fix. I refuse to sit around since I just got my phone. I was told that I could contact Samsung if I want to request to return to the previous software before upgrade. I plan to do so and advise all of you who read this to do the same. If they cannot help us in a satisfactory manner I want to return the phone.
