Question about Screen

Hello, I have noticed that there as been some complaints about the screen on the Samsung S8. Is there any statement on what do to do to prevent this? I have a tempered glass screen protector and a case? Are all the issues with it because people aren't protecting it?

Thanks for the help, I just barely got the phone and love it, I just don't want to crack the screen as some people have been complaining about!

JEDBLACK- congratulations on your new device. With the tempered glass it does protect it, however it is not guaranteed that the screen will not break if the phone falls. We do suggest taking care of the phone, with the curved edges it can be sensitive.
