Whenever I go to Voicemail to retrieve messages..I am not given enough time to put in my 4 number code no matter how fast I type it in. After 1 sec. I'm told my number is not correct because there isn't enough time to finish. How can I extend the time I need to type in 4 numbers?
I have the same issue. I can type 3 numbers and then the screen goes dark. Sometimes I can get it on the second try but it's really frustrating.
Hello Crabbielyn, Let's make sure you have the time to enter your voice mail password! Please advsie me of some of your display settings through Menu>Settings>Display What is your current screen timeout set to? Is "Smart say" currently activated? When accessing your Phone app, press Menu>Settings>Voicemail Settings. Is the voice mail number set to only *86? Please keep me posted on the status.
